TEAM Work: Regional Networking Solutions

West Michigan TEAM is active in counties across West Michigan, including:
    • Kent
    • Kalamazoo
    • Ottawa
    • Muskegon
    • Calhoun

Through West Michigan TEAM, local employers join to form consortiums. These employers partner with public and nonprofit agencies, and are supported by a TEAM executive director.

At the regional level, processes are developed to address issues related to scaling, consortium and network development, metrics and evaluation, and best practices.

Supporting this activity is an affiliate system of manufacturing and healthcare networks that partners to produce an investment “flattening effect.” These affiliate networks allow individuals and companies to increase access to and leverage of resources, share information and promote best practices—all in a cost-effective manner that cannot be achieved individually.
